Keeping track of all your customers’ contact details or just giving them a good old spring clean can often become quite a daunting task. Our friends at Experian QAS have developed a wide range of effective contact data management tools and we’ve developed user-friendly interfaces that integrate seamlessly. Like two peas in a pod, our solutions give you enhanced CRM functionality.
Here's just a few little features that are embedded within thankQ
- QAS Rapid - simple address completion. Pop a postcode into thankQ and the full address is populated using the address date file of the relevant country. All you then need to do is simply add the premise number to complete the address.
- QAS Pro - advanced address completion and search. Now you can search by street, town or postcode and select the full address from thankQ. What’s more, using the additional data available from Experian QAS such as demographics or local Government information, this will be automatically added to thankQ based on the contacts’ address info. Clever stuff, hey!
- QAS Batch - address cleansing. This is where thankQ integrates neatly with QAS Batch to give your address data a super fast spring clean and the option of enhancing it by checking it against suppression files. Before your very eyes records will show which have been amended and what changes have been made; keeping all your data sparkly clean and correctly formatted over time. The best bit is while this data cleansing is going on you’ll see no disruption to your day to day workings on thankQ.
