Our history
During the early 90s we crafted a range of bespoke solutions from document management systems to asset management software. Then in 1997, a local charity gave us a fantastic opportunity to create our first customer relationship management system (CRM for those who love acronyms) and thankQ was born.
Since then we haven't looked back and today we’re really proud that thankQ has evolved into the most advanced and easiest to use CRM software dedicated to not for profit organisations. We believe our close continued involvement and commitment to this sector has helped us to develop a system that completely understands what you need. How you might ask? Well, by working with hundreds of nfp organisations we have listened and learnt a great deal. And we'll never stop listening. Quite simply thankQ is jam packed with remarkable features that are designed to give you the best possible user experience. As our thankQ community grows both home and abroad, we promise to always pass on and share innovative new ideas, so that you can keep on doing the remarkable work you do.

In partnership with engineering software company Swan, Sales Office is developed as a simple sales CRM solution for their clients’ sales teams.

thankQ heads to Australia where a version is developed to meet the specific needs of that market.
We start planting trees in the National Forest to offset our annual business travel carbon emissions. To date we have planted over 300 trees – all with our very own hands!
In recognition of our ongoing efforts to minimise our environmental impact, our systems and processes are formalised and we are proud to be the 216th company in the UK to receive the BS8555 environmental management quality standard.
ESiT Limited becomes thankQ Limited in recognition of the new business focus on and commitment to the not for profit sector. Over 30 customers from outside of the sector who have been using ADMiT software for nearly 15 years continue to be supported by thankQ.
