Quality assurance - ISO 9001:2008
Only 2.5% of organisations in the UK have gained the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. What’s really exciting is we’re one of them. We were awarded this gold star back in March 2002, in recognition for the consistently high standards in our project delivery and procedures. Our procedures are a collection of highly tuned project management processes. We use the special powers of thankQ to manage all our documentation, contacts, requests and other processing operations, which keeps all projects running smoothly.
Not content with assessing individual projects, our team members regularly review their own performance, to make sure our accreditation is kept in tip top condition. More importantly we care that everyone is up to speed and understands any new procedures. Valuable feedback is actioned quickly and we’re constantly on the ball to make sure everyone benefits from any exciting new improvements made to thankQ.
Environmental management - BS8555
In our CSR policy we talk about how seriously we take our corporate and social responsibilities. The impact our business has on the environment is one responsibility we don't take lightly. Well before we were accredited with BS8555 Phase 3 the British Standard for Environmental Management Systems, in February 2008, our CSR policy had already taken shape and we were highly committed to making a positive impact on the environment. It was with the support and assistance of the Green Team at Groundwork Leicester & Leicestershire along with funding from EMDA that our efforts were later recognised and rewarded.
We're assessed annually by an independent body to make sure we’re not only following procedures, but also hitting our targets and meeting key environmental objectives.
