The integration into our overall system/network seems to be running well including accessibility via the Citrix server and importing data into Sage. I was amazed to be called directly by the data transfer programmer himself! We quickly established a good basis for communications and were in touch regularly through to project completion. To make a programmer available to the customer in this way was both an extremely refreshing approach from a software supplier and a very effective means of progressing the project during the data transfer phase.

I found all the thankQ staff who worked on the project to be friendly and professional. They were all focussed on our needs as a customer first and foremost. We had complete confidence in thankQ’s ability to deliver and felt there was no issue that could not be overcome without putting our heads together and working out a solution between us.

Excellent trainers we had some of the most enthusiastic feedback including… Best IT training ever!


We went live with thankQ in 8 months which was on time, on specification and on budget. We have upgraded from 70 users to 120 users of thankQ and we use a web interface configured for distribution of key data to a wider audience over our intranet. Excellent analysis skills…ability to understand our business processes and identify both how IT could be used in delivering, and how it will change them. We would have no hesitation in recommending thankQ to other organizations of any size.


On product:

As a company thankQ has given us ongoing support with development of the application – since going live we have requested 5 new major modules and over 110 change requests.
