High performance management tools

Improving your organisation's performance is the goal for any CRM database and one of the ways thankQ does this is by arming your users with all the right KPIs, reports and tools to manage and access different information easily and quickly. Management has the freedom to rapidly create on-demand reports and performance indicators to track and monitor your progress. Simply, thankQ will help you uncover the strengths and weaknesses of your operation and activities to help you get on with the job you're there to do.

We know that every organisation is different and that everyone will need to access thankQ at different times and with different levels of permission. Customer-facing staff can be confident that they can access information calmly and smoothly and we provide your IT teams with the proper tools to look after your data.

Seamless under-the-bonnet integration

In every hard working office there are often a number of systems performing specific tasks from well-known accounts packages through to open source booking applications. Sometimes these systems can feel quite dinosaur-like but without them you’ll come to a grinding halt, as they are often so deeply woven into the fabric of your working processes. Thankfully, thankQ likes dinosaurs! In fact, thankQ started as software to bring different systems together - flexible integration is second nature so your information flows seamlessly between your systems - no need for anything to become extinct... Phew!

Reporting, governance and clean data

KPI reports, benchmarking, ad-hoc reports, management reports. Everybody knows they need them, most people know what they need them to say, but why is it that very few people can create them? Not so with thankQ. A range of standard reports, coupled with a great, easy to use report builder means that you can get your hands on the data you want, how and when you want it.

Boards of trustees and directors are increasingly being asked to demonstrate that they have systems in place to ensure good governance - to show that everybody is doing their job properly. The Feedback module (perhaps a euphimism for complaints) allows you to manage what the public and your supporters tell you about your organisation and staff, securely and confidentially from the rest of the users. Seamless integration with QAS Batch and Suppression files means there is no excuse for using incorrect addresses or not following duties under the Data Protection Act, and the deduping tools in thankQ are so simple yet powerful you can be confident about data quality.

Control and configurability

The cornerstones of the database design underpinning thankQ mean that different levels of user access, the configuration of workflow processes that reflect your organisation's and data integrity can be taken as read. What really sets thankQ apart from other systems is the ease with which these features can be adjusted - by suitably authorised system administrators - or by the thankQ team as part of your implementation.

Mobile, web, maps and accounts

Did we mention thankQ was great at giving you access to your data however you want it? Want the security of holding your own data and accessing it through a robust and functional Windows interface? Check! Want quick browser based access for managers or regional staff? Tick! Access on your smart phone? Yep! Online member and supporter access? Of course!

And while we're making sure the front end of thankQ is providing information in the best way, we are working to make sure the back end is integrated with the right application for the right job. Map software, bar code readers for rapid data entry, address validation, accounts... these days the restrictions with integration tend to lie with the imagination, not configuration.
