Subscriptions and memberships, paid directly or on behalf of, instalments or annually, committed giving or pledges... it doesn't matter to thankQ. The reports and tools are readily available to make sure you stay on top of where the money is coming from and get it in on time.
thankQ doesn't pretend to be an accounting system, but if you need to generate invoices for membership payments, event bookings or from merchandise sales, this is a natural extension to managing the money you're owed.

When it comes to getting larger sums of money, you need some help to manage the process and thankQ has a range of modules on offer. High Value Donors and Prospects need personal attention and development - so there is a module to do just that.
If you are managing applications to Trusts and Funders, you need to record their award criteria and committee dates as well as developing knowledge about trustees' interests and sympathies - thankQ has a module for that too. And anyone involved in legacies will recognise the range of information that needs to be collected. Guess what? We have a module for that too!

If you manage applications into your charity for grants and awards, you will need to make sure that you have all the necessary information to gauge the application against your programme criteria. thankQ uses a workflow to manage the collection of this information and the preparation of reports for committee and trustee approval. A range of thankQ customers give grants - our standard module is based on solutions provided to Comic Relief and unLtd. Each organisation has a different method of judging applications and approving or rejecting them, which is why the flexibility of the thankQ workflow means the software will work with your grants team, not against them.
Keeping track of how you are spending the money raised, through a series of project, fund or destination codes can be done in thankQ, providing a straightforward link to allow you to easily tell your donors where their money is going.
