What came first? The software that was really nice to work with, or the people who make it, being nice to work with? Or maybe one has evolved to be like the other. Not surprisingly, our team don't like being compared to chickens. Or dogs. But let's not take ourselves too seriously. We'll do our job, to help you do yours and if we can all enjoy it along the way, so much the better.

Changing software can often be a daunting prospect for those who have to learn how to use it. thankQ’s Windows interface is familiar and intuitive, which helps you and your team get to grips with the software quickly and effortlessly. thankQ is designed to work with you and thankQ’s usable design is something we’re praised highly for. Naturally, the easier it is to use the more efficient and more productive you will be.

Our friendly and professional thankQ team are all based in our UK head office just over the road from Loughborough University. Our culture is all about openness and innovation so our software developers work alongside trainers, project managers and our support staff, and we help each other. Creating a collaborative working environment is something we cherish and, as a result, our team are stable, loyal and very happy at thankQ HQ. Usability to get excited about

Who says databases aren't fun?! Ok, we may be more interested in the subject than you, but if you could have the pain taken out of finding that option, searching for that contact or building that smart report, you may also start to get excited. A little.

When users first see the software the first comment we hear is how appealing and easy to follow the interface is. Our developers are currently building some quite academic principles of polite software into the work we do, which means software that speaks to you like a real person, not in error codes. We integrate with the familiar environment of Microsoft Office which even means you can choose to get your reminders from thankQ as emails or as pop ups.

The software is built with accessibility in mind so we make the most of adaptive technologies and are continually working to make the most of developments in screen readers and best practice for navigation.

People to enjoy working with

We like to have fun but when it comes to your customer service we take this very seriously. Our experienced Project Managers will be on hand every step of the way through the implementation phases. And our thankQ helpdesk is staffed by responsive, attentive experts. So no matter what question you might have about thankQ, you know there will always be a friendly, helpful ear on the end of the blower.

thankQ trainers can deliver standard learning modules or adapt training programmes exactly to suit your needs and budget. We can conduct training at our newly refurbished facility in Loughborough, at our recently acquired London venue or we can bring our training to your offices, whichever is most convenient for you.

And our community of thankQ users are a pretty good bunch too! Our User Group meetings are constructive and productive, blending ideas from the thankQ team with suggestions and first hand experience from our users. A small team of expert thankQ users is contributing to new versions, trying them out and helping steer the direction of the software. What's in it for them? Aside from just being good people, all thankQ customers get new versions free of software charge - even major versions. Once you're in, its like an open source community, except you know who's in it. And it's properly managed. Best of both worlds really.

Technology how and where you want it

We’re often asked to develop bespoke functions and tailored thankQ modules. The breadth and depth of thankQ’s core functionality is a result of the numerous developments we have created for our nfp customers. Should you require thankQ to do something special that’s not part of the standard feature rich package, then  just ask. thankQ is capable of great customisation which can be implemented rapidly due to thankQ’s unique configuration tools. Your new functions can easily be added to the standard thankQ CRM without the need for conventional base-level programming. We’ve developed thankQ on a robust framework to allow for any smart, bespoke customisation and if that’s not worth smiling about, then we’re not sure what is!
