We strongly believe that the best way to improve our thankQ software and the service we provide is by listening to our customers - and we really enjoy seeing how those ideas can develop when our customers get thinking about them together.
Each year we host a User Group meeting where our like-minded nfp clients get together for the valuable opportunity to network, bounce ideas and share how their thankQ solution meets their organisations needs. In addition, we have a thankQ Development Community - a smaller group of thankQ enthusiasts who have really got to know how thankQ can help their organisations and want to contribute ideas and feedback towards new versions up to two years in advance of their release. This group share ideas both through our forum and at get togethers at our offices.
Our User Group events are a great opportunity for you to meet and talk to staff representing all areas of our company, and are our chance to share first hand with all our users the exciting new features and developments being made to our thankQ software. We also encourage new ideas and feedback to be shared so that all our users feel that they have been listened too. After all, thankQ is evolved in partnership with hundreds of not for profit organisations so it’s designed to give you the best possible experience.
Last year over 80 people gathered at Sadler's Wells Theatre in London to find out what improved features and new functionality they could look forward to from the latest release of thankQ. There were break-out sessions on subjects ranging from How to Upgrade to the Latest Version of thankQ to Paperless Direct Debit... and there really was something for everyone with presentations from two of our thankQ partners Experian QAS and McConkey Johnston about data cleansing and effective fundraising techniques.
In previous years keynote talks from some of our not for profit friends at Citizens Advice, Bible Society, 11.11.11, Keele University, GMCVO and WorldShare, went down really well as they shared their own personal thankQ experiences.
We care very much that everyone is making the most of thankQ, which is why over the years our User Group events have become so popular with all those involved with us. Not only is it a chance to connect with like-minded folk, but it’s also about putting a face to our team, being open with ideas, exchanging new ways of working and ultimately learning something new about thankQ.
