It's true, thankQ is the the most advanced and easiest to use CRM software dedicated to not for profit organisations. But it's also true that we're only human and with any new piece of software there is an inevitable learning curve. Which is why we take our training and support so seriously as we want to make sure you and your team are happy, confident and really enjoying your version of thankQ.
Before starting our training we talk to you to make sure we understand what you really need from your training, and can adapt the structure of the course and the examples we use to reflect your needs.
Our training is flexible too. We are able to carry out training in your offices or, if required, at a location of your choice. In addition, we do plenty of thankQ training at our training facilities in Loughborough, as well as half and full day training sessions in London - giving you no excuse to not be getting the most out of your thankQ software!

Essentials Course
This two day course introduces users to thankQ by giving you an introduction to the core modules. The course is designed to equip you with the knowledge you need to get you up and running with thankQ.
Finance/Fundraising Course
This one day course is aimed at users who wish to learn how to use the finance/fundraising module in thankQ. Users attending the course will learn the skills involved in running day to day tasks such as income processing, managing and processing trust applications to setting up campaigns/projects for a major event. Please note, delegates must have completed the Essentials course before attending this course.
Events/Data Tools Course
This one day course covers the Events and Data Tools modules in thankQ. The events course is aimed at users who are involved in the design, planning and management of events. Whereas the data tools course is aimed at users who are involved in running data imports and managing the de-duping process. Please note, delegates must have completed the Essentials course before attending this course.
Report Writing for Report Builder Course
This one day course is aimed at those users who have mastered the basic techniques of reporting in thankQ and are ready to build on those skills. The Report Builder course covers powerful reporting features within thankQ that enable you to query and extract data for reporting.
SQL Server Writing Course
An introduction to designing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2005/2008 reports on thankQ data and the deployment of these reports within thankQ. The one day course is designed to give delegates the confidence and knowledge to be able to create their own bespoke SSRS reports using the SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) and then deploy them into thankQ using the integrated Report Builder interface. The course is based around a standard booklet of structured notes leading delegates from the basics to more advanced options, with examples and exercises provided along the way.
Power Letter Rules Course
This one day courses is an introduction to creating Power Letter Rules within thankQ. The course has been designed to give delegates the confidence and knowledge to be able to create their own bespoke rules using the Power Letter Rules option. During the course, advanced functions will be introduced and worked through using examples provided in a booklet. There will also be time in the afternoon to spend writing your own rules.
Advanced Administration Course
This course is an extension of our half day Administration course, exploring in more detail advanced options relating to Contacts, Reporting, Searching and Mailing. The course is designed for those who have little or no experience of SQL or who have not yet explored all of the options available in the Administration module. During this course you will be introduced to the SQL database structure and learn how to write simple SQL select queries using the report builder interface. Guided by your tutor and accompanied with a course handbook, you will work through practical exercises that demonstrate how advanced admin features can be applied to thankQ
